Remember myPIN app for iPhone and iPad

Humans are faced with the challenge of memorising more and more PINs, passwords. People have the tendency to record those passwords on a piece of paper and store them in a secure place. This is why mnemonics and visualisation methods are useful in improving memorisation of PINs/passwords.

Remember myPIN has been specifically developed to help you memorise your random PINs through various techniques. The application doesnt store any of your data. Its just you and the app!

Depending on your 4-digit PIN, the app will suggest and display the most adequate memorability techniques through a ranking system.

The following memorability techniques were implemented:

- Using visualization: The pathway that is drawn when entering the PIN on the PIN PAD
- Using visualization: The pattern that the user sees when entering the PIN on the PIN PAD
- Using mnemonics: Associating the PIN with a word: eg. 2273 = CARE
- Using mnemonics: Associating the PIN with an arithmetic calculation
- Using mnemonics: Associating the PIN with a date: eg. DD-MM, MM-YY formats
